 J Brand Jeans
J Brand is co-founded by denim manufacturer Jeff Rudes and stylist Susie Crippen. The two set out to create classic and sophisticated jeans with the emphasis on fit, while holding to one mandate: no excess hardware or embellishments. Paying careful attention to details and clean, dark finishes, together they have created a combination of sexiness, style and comfort in women’s jeans. “It’s all about a woman looking beautiful in her jeans, not the jeans drawing attention to her,” says Susie.
The creator of J Brand, Jeff Rudes, has been designing and manufacturing some of the hottest high-fashion denim on the market since the American-French jean boom in the 1970's. Susie Crippen is a celebrity stylist with a keen eye for complementing the female figure.
In 2005, they came together with the goal of developing a jean that upholds the high standards in fashion denim without distressing, over-manipulating or unnecessarily adorning jeans in any way. One could say that they're the jean purists of the denim industry. J Brand jeans are clean cut and classy with an attention to fine detail and stitching, without the artificially worn styles that are flooding the denim market today. |
