Since we sell products in Canadian funds, the currency in which your credit card will bill you in depends on your country of origin. Your credit card will convert the funds for you. The exchange rate you receive will depend on the date of the transaction and the credit card company you deal with. SHIPPING RATES & POLICIES
Orders are shipped parcel post, (unless customer specified). Orders must be left in a secure location. If no one is available to accept your package, then a card will be left informing you that your package is waiting to be picked up at the nearest postal office located on the card.

Orders will be shipped the following morning if all items requested are in stock and your credit card info verifies. Method of shipping is parcel post. Canadian and US customers Xpresspost, International customers Air Parcel Post.

TAXES & DUTIES
There are no taxes charged on U.S. and International orders. Canadian residents will be charge taxes where applicable.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties for International and US customers charged by your countries. Contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from marshallsclothingcompany.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to marshallsclothingcompany.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Marshallsclothingcompany.com has made every effort to minimize our International and US shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any item may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping/handling charges. Items must be returned in new, unused, unworn condition for a refund.

Please be sure to mark on the outside of the package in bold "Canadian Goods Returned to Sender" if applicable; and on the Customs Form
be sure to indicate
"Canadian Goods Returned to Sender" and a value of $0 dollars.
Please email us to notify any parcel being delivered to us and requests so we may be able to service you faster.
For damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items, Marshalls will promptly correct the problem.

Customer information collected during the order process is only used by Marshalls Clothing Company to track, verify and fulfill your order.
